We have created another perk for existing customers. If you don't find the answer to your question, you can use the Ticket Dashboard to view previous tickets your company has logged and to create new ones.

How to Access the Ticket Dashboard Function

Click the link and register or create a new user account.

Note: This is separate from your Business Engine account, so you need to create an additional one

  • If you don’t already have an account, click Register here.
  • Forgot your password? Click Create a new password.

Once logged in, you can view all tickets related to your company. Access is available through any web browser.
